Leah Galton (born 24 May 1994) is an English footballer who plays in England as a forward for Manchester United.[2] She spent two seasons for Sky Blue FC in the NWSL.

Club Career

Sky Blue FC

Galton was drafted by Sky Blue FC in the second round of the 2016 NWSL College Draft.[3][4][5] She scored her first goal for the club during her second appearance: an equalizer that helped Sky Blue to a 1–1 draw against the Chicago Red Stars.[6]

Bayern Munich

On 22 December 2017, she signed with German club Bayern Munich in the Frauen-Bundesliga.[7] However, 3 months later she stated that she is taking a break from playing professionally.[8]

Manchester United W.F.C.

On July 13, 2018 it was announced that Galton was joining Manchester United W.F.C. for their inaugural season. [9]

International Career

In August 2016, Galton was called up to train with the senior England national team for the first time, but had to pull out due to a hip injury.[10]
