Jessica Lucy Sigsworth (born 13 October 1994) is an English footballer who plays as a striker for Manchester United.[2][3] She previously played for Notts County and Doncaster Rovers Belles.[4][5][6][7]

Club career

Notts County

In January 2015, Sigsworth moved to FA WSL outfit Notts County. However, she struggled to make the bench and never made an appearance.

Doncaster Rovers Belles

Sigsworth re-signed with hometown team Doncaster Rovers Belles in ahead of the 2016 season. She missed most of the season as well as the subsequent Spring Series with a ruptured cruciate knee ligament as the team were relegated to FA WSL2. In the 2017–18 season, Sigsworth guided Doncaster to the FA WSL2 title and won the golden boot with a league-leading 15 goals.

Manchester United

In July 2018, Sigsworth was announced as part of the inaugural Manchester United W.F.C. squad that was set to compete in the newly restructured FA Women's Championship. She scored five goals on the opening day of the 2018–19 FA Women's Championship season in a 12–0 win away to Aston Villa.

International career

Sigsworth has represented England at the U17, U19, U20 and U23 levels.[8]
