Latitude 360 was an American restaurant chain with many entertainment options for dining customers.[1] Latitude 360, Inc. was founded by Brent W. Brown in Jacksonville, FL. Brown currently serves at its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.[2] Latitude 360 is currently under criminal investigation for bouncing employees final 2 paychecks.[3] The employees were also affected when they attempted to collect unemployment benefits, the company had not been reporting these employees to the state or paying any of the associated payroll taxes collected from employees.[4] The company currently has 88 Million in current liabilities as filed on in August 2015. The current market cap is less than $1M USD. On February 10, 2016, Action Jax News reporter Jenna Bourne found out from insiders that there was a substantial amount of money missing from the company, the questions have not been answered on behalf of CEO Brent Brown, or Latitude 360.[5]. Several law suits won in court against Brent remain unpaid. According to Action Jax news in Florida Mr. Brown has been quoted saying he does not owe anyone money. Millions go unanswered. Several investors lost there life savings along with small business never paid for hundreds of thousands not paid for completed work and goods sold. The DAs offices local and federal in the state of Florida have not investigated Brent Brown for the possible squandering of millions not seen since the Bernie Madoff days.

Alan Greenstein- CFO Alan worked for Revel casino in New Jersey, his departure occurred just before the casino entered bankruptcy.[8] Alan has commented publicly on resolving the previous pay roll tax liabilities and employees receiving their final checks, neither of which issues has been resolved.[9]

Tim Gannon Mr. Gannon began his storied restaurant career in New Orleans and went on to co-found Outback Steakhouse (1988) where he developed its iconic “Bloomin’ Onion” recipe, which has generated over $1 billion in worldwide sales. Under Mr. Gannon’s leadership, Outback Steakhouse significantly expanded its 360 footprint from one restaurant to over 1400 locations. In 2006, Gannon co-founded OSI Restaurant Partners, an operator of Outback, Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Bonefish Grill, Roy’s Restaurant and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar units.Among his many honors, in 1994 Inc. Magazine named Mr. Gannon its ‘Entrepreneur of the Year.’ He was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award by The Florida Restaurant Hall of Fame, was inducted into the US Business Hall of Fame and he is also a member of the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame. Approximately two years ago he launched “Kettle Comfort, Cooking for America,” a West Palm Beach, FL-based charitable organization that delivers Chef-inspired food to thousands of hungry or nutrition deprived people on a daily basis. Most recently he joined forces with former Outback co-founder Bob Basham to establish PDQ Palm Bay, a new restaurant dining concept featuring reasonably priced flavorful food, served fast.

Michael P. Norris Mr. Norris is the chief operating officer and market president of Sodexo North America, the leading Quality of Life services company, with $8.8 billion in revenues and serving more than 15 million consumers daily.[ Shortly after joining Sodexo in 2005, he became lead adviser and negotiator for the development of SodexoMAGIC, LLC, a joint venture partnership with Earvin “Magic” Johnson, Jr., and he serves on the SodexoMAGIC Board of Directors. Throughout his career, Mr. Norris has served in various executive senior management roles, having had responsibility for marketing, brand positioning, theatre operations, real estate, concessions, design and construction, strategic planning, training and film acquisitions. Prior to Sodexo, Mr. Norris was President of Loews Cineplex Entertainment U.S. with annual revenues in excess of $1 billion.

Michael G. Simon Michael G. Simon has a diverse background in municipal/government law, business real estate and has been actively engaged in those areas since graduating from law school. Mr. Simon is licensed to practice law in the States of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. Mr. Simon has represented many business entities, both for profit and non-profit, in all capacities. Mr. Simon is currently a partner in the law firm of Frankovitch Anetakis Colantonio & Simon and has been engaged in the practice of law since 1990.

Locations

On January, 7th 2016 it was announced that the Indianapolis, IN and the Jacksonville, FL locations were closed due to the settlement of an eviction suit from the landlord. The company had been behind on rent since December 2012, and at the time of the suit owed $6 Million dollars in rent and associated fees.[10] As part of the rapid closure, the employees were not paid their final pay checks.[11] The Pittsburgh, PA location was closed in late March, 2016.[12] The establishment failed to pay its Allegheny County drink tax, and on February 29, 2016, a judge ruled that the company could be evicted from its premises in 30 days.[13]

The Albany, New York location at Crossgates Mall was never opened, it was replaced by a Lucky Strike Lanes location.

The 360 Grille & Bar

This is Latitude 360's sit down restaurant; however, food can be purchased and eaten anywhere within the venue.

The Luxury Lanes

Latitude 360 offers luxury bowling that uses the latest Brunswick bowling programming, a 120-inch digital video wall, and sound system.

The Cinegrille

Cinegrille is Latitude 360's dine in movie theater where consumers can eat lunch or dinner while they watch a movie.

Game Room

Latitude 360 has a gaming room with the latest in hi-tech electronic video, redemption games and prizes.

Latitude LIVE

Latitude Live is Latitude 360's live performance theatre that seats 170-300+ people. The stage is equipped with high-end theatrical sound and lighting systems. Live bands, and comedy acts are featured in this venue.

HD Sports Theater

The HD Sports Theater lets guests watch a variety of sports games in high definition, similar to sports books in Vegas.

The AXIS Bar & Stage

The Axis Bar, dance floor and stage feature weekend performances by regional bands and DJs.

Latitude LIT Cigar Lounge

The LIT Cigar Lounge is a cocktail-style lounge with leather furniture, HD TVs, cocktails, and cigars. [14]
