Koregah-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرگاه شرقي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Khorramabad County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,294, in 2,217 families.[1] The rural district has 26 villages.
