Kitajima (北島町 Kitajima-chō) is a town located in Itano District, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.
As of 2016, the town has an estimated population of 22,576 and a density of 2,600 persons per km². The total area is 8.77 km².

Railway
Kitajima did not have any station. However, the Kōtoku Line passes through the town.
