Kit Kat Guest Ranch

The Kit Kat Guest Ranch is a legal, licensed brothel located about 7 miles (11 km) east of Carson City in the unincorporated town of Mound House, in Lyon County, at 48 Kit Kat Drive (location: 39°12′33″N 119°39′48″W / 39.20917°N 119.66333°W / 39.20917; -119.66333Coordinates: 39°12′33″N 119°39′48″W / 39.20917°N 119.66333°W / 39.20917; -119.66333). It reopened in May 2016, after being purchased and renovated by Dennis Hof.[1]

It sits along the east side of a loop at the south end of Kit Kat Drive, which also is the home to two competing brothels: The Love Ranch and the Sagebrush Ranch. The name of this brothel is often shortened to the Kit Kat Ranch. It is one of the few brothels in Nevada to regularly feature porn stars.

The Kit Kat, as of October 28, 2012, was owned by Dennis Hof as part of his Cathouse Collections and is currently undergoing an extensive renovation including the addition of an indoor swimming pool, to be open year-round.
