Khushboo Kapoor is a model, DJ, anchor and singer. She has hosted over 3500 shows and won many awards. Recently, she has been awarded at Istanbul, Turkey for being the most successful DJ & Anchor of Asia.^[1]

She is the first female DJ of the world who possesses a Doctorate degree.

Life and career

Khushboo was born in Delhi on 13th April. She was a shy person during her school days, but the winning of a fashion show at the age of twelve boosted her confidence level. Since then she has won many such contests such as the Best Model of North India and other titles likes Ms. Beautiful Skin, Ms. beautiful eyes etc.^[2]

Her anchoring career started with a renumeration of Rs.500 per show. Since then she has done more than 3500 concerts and shows worldwide for over 1500 corporates and has shared stage with various Bollywood and TV celebrities. She has hosted Champions league 20-20, One day international cricket, BCCI events and IPL parties, many political events and Award Ceremonies in presence of former President of India Pratibha Patil, Prime Minister of India Sri Narendra Modi, M.S.Dhoni, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan etc.

She took up DJing in 2005 and got her initial lessons from a professional DJ. In 2016, Khushboo has hosted shows at Hong Kong, Macau, Doha, Abu Dabhi, Istanbul, Sharjah, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Muscat, Oman and others. She has shot a documentary film in Villa Obama, Marbella, Spain which will showcase Spain's tourist attractions, lifestyle, art, architecture and music.^[3][4]

She gives credits to her mother, Asha Kapoor(who raised her as a single parent),for inspiring her to be a model, anchor, DJ and singer.^[5]

Education

Khushboo studied in Goodley Public School in Delhi and later in SJ Public School in Jaipur. She did her B.Sc. from Kanoria Girl's college, Jaipur, where she won the Best NSS Volunteer of college and was among the top best students. She did her post graduation and Ph.D from University of Rajasthan. She is also a triple gold medalist.
