Khanpur Mahar (Sindhi: خانپور مھر)is a town in Ghotki District in Northern Sindh province, Pakistan.Khanpur Mahar city is well-planned city with Streets, Bridges, Shops and Houses.

It has a mosque which called Jammiya Masjid which is located some distance of Main Bazaar to West.It have many other mosques around the city Khanpur Mahar.It has also Imam Bargah at Main Chok.

Compared with other areas of Sindh , Khanpur Mahar along with other areas of Ghotki district have comparatively more population of Muslims.

Here major Crops are Rice,Sugarcane and Cotton.
