Kalani Brooke Hilliker (born September 23, 2000) is an American dancer, actress, and model. She rose to fame in 2013 as a contestant on the Lifetime reality series Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition and subsequently appeared on Dance Moms, becoming a regular cast member in its fourth season until it was cancelled in 2017.
Career
Kalani Hilliker is an American dancer, actress and model. She gained prominence from starring on Lifetime's Dance Moms along with her mother Kira Girard. In 2011, Hilliker was part of the dance group "AKsquared," Disney's first Make Your Mark: Ultimate Dance Off - Shake It Up Edition winners. She and the group appeared on Disney's Shake It Up for winning the contest. In early 2013, Hilliker had a small role in one episode of the short-lived ABC Family television series Bunheads. She starred on Lifetime's Dance Moms with Maddie Ziegler, JoJo Siwa, Mackenzie Ziegler, Brynn Rumfallo, Nia Sioux Frazier, Kendall Vertes and Chloe Lukasiak.
In 2011, Hilliker competed for the Mini Female Best Dancer title at the Dance Awards, held in New York. She finished as second runner-up to the title. In 2013, Hilliker won the title of Junior Female Best Dancer at the national competition, again held in New York. She received the opportunity to represent and tour with the prestigious Break The Floor Productions dance conventions Nuvo, Jump and 24seven throughout late 2013 and early 2014 that sponsored the national competition. In 2015 and 2016, Hilliker competed for the Teen Female Best Dancer title, finishing second runner-up on both occasions.
In 2017 and 2018, Hilliker served as a finals judge for the Miss Teen USA competition. The 2017 edition was held in her home town of Phoenix, Arizona.
