Judge Graham (born August 28, 1978) is an American entrepreneur, author, speaker, consultant and internet personality.[1]

Graham was first known for serving as co-owner and president of Square One Advertising, and the former co-owner and president of Rassai Interactive, a Dallas-Fort Worth-based web site design and development company. Graham is best known as the chief marketing and new business officer of Ansira.[2][3]


Early Life

Judge was born in 1978 in Houston, Texas. He was named after his grandfather, a municipal court judge who was also from Houston.[4] He attended Lamar Consolidated High School and Texas Christian University where he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in E-Business.[5]

He and his wife, Jordan Graham, have two children.

Career

Graham started his first business, Rassai Interactive, in 1998 while attending Texas Christian University.[6] As co-owner and president, Graham contributed to Rassai winning a Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce “Small Business of the Year” Award in 2008.[7]

As co-owner and president of Sq1, Graham used analytics-driven marketing techniques such as predictive modeling. The agency received a number of awards, including Ad Age’s Best Places to Work, Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in North Texas and Inc. 5000’s list of 2014.[8][9][10] Sq1 was later sold to Ansira in 2015.[11] Graham then served as Ansira’s Chief Marketing and New Business Officer.[12][13]

Most recently, Graham started Think BCF (“Think Bigger, Conquer Faster”), a data-optimization consultancy firm that helps small to mid-sized businesses develop growth strategies and achieve financial freedom.[14]

Podcast

Judge currently hosts a weekly business advice podcast, titled "The Scale with Speed Podcast.”[15][16]

Recognition

Graham won DMN 40 under 40 and has been profiled in Adweek.[4][17] He was the youngest recipient to ever win Comdex's Small Business of the Year in 2002.[5]

He designed the 34,000 square-foot Sq1 office in Dallas that Mashable ranked as one of the most creative work spaces in the world.[18][9]
