Jordan Hand is an English former professional rugby league footballer who last played Whitehaven in Kingstone Press League One.

Hand played for St Helens in the European Super League. Hand was signed as a youngster from local side Bold Miners. As of season 2016 he now plays for Swinton at blind-side prop (No. 10). In April 2017 Hand was transferred to Rochdale Hornets.
