Jokebook is an American adult animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera which aired on NBC for three episodes in 1982. Consisting of material culled from classic cartoons, foreign, and independent animation, the series was aimed at an adult audience (unusual for Hanna-Barbera) and was the only Hanna-Barbera production to feature no recurring characters. The show was fitted with an adult laugh track as well.
Seven episodes were made, but only three were aired due to very low ratings (the show's second episode finished last in the week's ratings).[1] The series' intro song was sung by Scatman Crothers.
