John Kinney Mashburn is a senior adviser to Rick Perry. He was previously the Deputy White House Cabinet Secretary for U.S. President Donald Trump, serving since January 20, 2017. He had been a policy director for the Trump Campaign. He was also a congressional aide to U.S. Senator Jesse Helms.[1]
