Joe Mills (born Matthew Stott; 14 June 1972) is a British actor, voice actor, sports broadcaster and writer.

He is the son of the late Labour Party MP Roger Stott.

Career

During 2014 he joined the voice cast of Thomas & Friends voicing the characters of Oliver, and Toad in the UK and the US. [1] He is also an award winning sports broadcaster for Rugby League being the recipient of the IRN National Radio Award for Best Sports coverage.

Personal life

Mills is married and has a son.[2]
