Scallion grew up in South East London. As the lead singer of the cult London rock band Officer Kicks[2] he played and recorded for over ten years, playing with some of the biggest names in the music industry.

He wrote the first instalment of The Rock 'n' Roll Diaries whilst on tour. The book has received over two hundred five star reviews on Amazon[3] since its release and been number one on the Amazon bestseller list on numerous occasions. The books have been translated into German, Dutch and French.[4] Scallion co-wrote the soundtrack for the book with the Irish band The Script and hit songwriter/producer - James Barry.[5][6][7] Since being released exclusively on Spotify the tracks have been streamed over a million times.

The team have worked with a host of artists including Florence and the Machine, The Script, Wolf Alice, Jamie Cullum, Laura Welsh and Luke Friend.
