Jack C. Rowan (March 22, 1911 – August 31, 1990) was the third head football coach for the Northeast Louisiana State located in Monroe, Louisiana and he held that position for six seasons, from 1958 until 1963. His coaching record at Northeast Louisiana State was 20–37.[1]
