JMH FZCO is a privately owned business with a turnover in excess of $600 million,[1]

Group Activities

Currently, the Group activities comprise two main divisions:

  • Construction – The group operates in the construction sector through Fosroc.[2] Fosroc is the foundation of the JMH FZCO and has doubled in turnover since 2002. It employs over 1700 employees in 17 Operating Companies based in Europe, the Gulf & Middle East, India, South Asia, and China.[3]
  • Lifestyle – The group operates in this sector through JHM Lifestyle. JMH Lifestyle is a luxury group with a portfolio of brands positioned within the lifestyle and fashion sectors - Bernard Weatherill, Ray Ward and Haywards Guns.[4]
