IMImobile is a software and solutions company that enables organisations to use mobile and digital technologies to communicate and engage with their customers. The company's technologies act as a software layer between existing IT systems, complex business processes and customer touch points across mobile, digital, and social media channels.

Its services are delivered to organisations including Vodafone, O2, Telefónica, Aircel, Airtel, BSNL, AT&T, MTN, Orange, Centrica, Universal Music, Tata, and the BBC among others.[2]

The company is headquartered in London, with offices in Atlanta, Hyderabad and Dubai and has over 850 employees worldwide.[3] IMImobile is quoted on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market with the TIDM code IMO.[4]

History

In 1999, IMImobile was established. In 2001, the company started development of the DaVinci Evolved Service Platform (ESP), a mobile service delivery platform.[5]Since 2000, IMImobile has pursued the ‘managed service model’.[6]

IMImobile was admitted to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 27 June 2014. [7]
