DZTV-TV, channel 13, is the flagship station of the Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation, located in Metro Manila. Its studios is located at Broadcast City, Capitol Hills, Diliman, Quezon City and its transmitter is located at Roosevelt Ave, San Francisco del Monte, Quezon City. As of March 2017, IBC 13 currently operates on a low powered signal. On October 2017, IBC begins its test broadcast on digital terrestrial television. It continues to broadcast via Cable and Satellite.
