Home Affairs Bureau (Chinese: 民政事務局) is one of the policy bureaus of the Hong Kong Government.
One of the important roles of the Home Affairs Bureau is to enhance liaison and communication with all sectors of the community including the Legislative Council and the general public.
Tsang Tak-sing has been the Secretary for Home Affairs since July 1, 2007. Fung Ching Suk-yee is the Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs since 2014.

Home Affairs is responsible for policies such as:
- Social Harmony and Civic Education
- District, Community and Public Relations
- Recreation, Sport and Entertainment Licensing
- Culture
