Holy Cross High School is a coeducational Catholic high school located in Louisville, Kentucky, United States.

History

Holy Cross High School was founded in 1984. Preceded by the all-female, Angela Merici High School, and the all-male Bishop David High School, Holy Cross draws on both traditions in its Roman Catholic coeducational approach. Holy Cross High School is the only coeducational Catholic High School in Jefferson County, and one of only three in the Archdiocese of Louisville as a whole.

The campus today

Located on 23 acres (93,000 m2) of land at 5144 Dixie Highway in Southwest Jefferson County, the campus consists of a building containing classrooms, administrative offices, art and graphic design studios, three science labs, and a technology center. The building also houses locker rooms and specialized faculty and guidance/counseling areas. Three tennis courts, a fieldhouse equipped with weight training facilities and locker space, a softball/baseball complex, football stadium, and a rubberized track complete the present facilities.
