Hirnyk, Luhansk Oblast

Hirnyk (Ukrainian: Гірник, Russian: Горняк) is an urban-type settlement in Rovenky Municipality, Luhansk Oblast (region) of Ukraine. Population: 795 (2013 est.)[1].

Since early 2014, the city has been controlled by forces of the Luhansk People's Republic.[2]
