Higashimiyoshi (東みよし町, Higashimiyoshi-chō) is a town located in Miyoshi District, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.

It was founded on March 1, 2006 from the merger of the towns of Miyoshi and Mikamo, both from Miyoshi District.

As of 2016 the town has an estimated population of 14,517 and a density of 120 persons per km². The total area is 122.58 km².
