Henderson North is a suburb of Auckland, New Zealand. The population was 5,304 in the 2006 census, an increase of 741 from 2001.[1] Henderson North is the location of Waitakere Hospital.

Education

Waitakere College is a coeducational secondary (years 9-13) school with a decile rating of 3 and a roll of 1078.[2] It opened about 1974.

Liston College and St Dominic's College are secondary (years 7-13) Catholic schools for boys and girls, respectively. They have decile ratings of 5 and 6, and rolls of 733[3] and 903.[4]

Henderson North School is a coeducational contributing primary (years 1-6) school with a decile rating of 3 and a roll of 400.[5] It celebrated its 50th jubilee in 2007.[6]
