Heart, Mind and Soul is the fourth album by American recording artist El DeBarge. Released in 1994 on Reprise Records, produced by El DeBarge, Babyface and Jermaine Dupri. The album features the hit singles "Can't Get Enough" which peaked at #21 and "Where Is My Love" at #19 on the Billboard Top R&B Songs chart.[1][2]
