Harold Andrew "Harry" Partridge (born 17 August 1987) is a British independent short-format web animator and voice actor from Swindon who has authored several short animations, notably "Saturday Morning Watchmen" and "Skyrim", a tribute to the (at the time unreleased) video game, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.[1][2][3] Partridge has also done animation work for the BBC.[4]

He is also the creator of the "Starbarians" series.

He is an avid fan of The Elder Scrolls games. As of January 2016, his first Skyrim animation has been viewed over 21 million times.

So far Harry has created 6 animations about The Elder Scrolls games including a recent collaboration with internet rapper Dan Bull.

His style is known for detailed smooth hand-drawn animation and a dark sense of humor, as well as voice work in a convincing American accent.

He is the son of Andy Partridge of the rock band XTC.
