Hacienda De La Paz is a home in the city of Rolling Hills, on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in the Los Angeles area of Southern California.[1] It was designed by renowned architect Rafael Manzano Martos with decorator Manuel Gavira Sanjuan[2] for owner John Z. Blazevich[3] and is Martos’ only project in the Americas.[4] Construction began with 2 parcels of land in 1991 and final completion was not until 2008.[4]
Price
The house was listed for sale in June 2013 for USD $53 million and was on the front page of the LA Times.[5] At the time the property was listed for sale, it was the 6th most expensive home being promoted by the Multiple Listing Service in California according to Realtor.com.[6]
