Gumfreston is a parish[1] and small village 1 mile (2km) from St. Florence and 2 miles (4km) from Tenby, South Wales. The B4318 is the main road that passes through Gumfreston.

It has a small church with a tall tower[1] and a few houses, including Glebe farm.

The ancient feudal title of the Manor of Wedlock, or Wydeloc, resides in the parish but is not associated with a manor house or land. The title was sold at auction in Cardiff in December 2016 for £2,000.[2]
