Ghumarwin is a town and a municipal council in Bilaspur district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh.
It has become a major cultural and educational hub of Bilaspur. It is a rapidly emerging city located on a sharp small river (Seer khud) bank in a small valley which diverts towards Bilaspur. The town celebrates a famous four-day fair at the dawn of summer in First week of April. The town is a tehsil and home to rapidly expanding entrepreneurship. Ghumarwin is also famous for its variety of sweet preparation and local cuisines.Along with this Ghumarwin is the home for coffee farms in north India for the first time . Dr. Vikram Sharma presently member Coffee Board Of India is known as father for coffee in Himachal Pradesh . He started experimenting with coffee cultivation 18 years ago . Now the whole himachal is going to be a coffee state which started from Coffee Farms Manjhoti (a village of ghumarwin) . Situated on Shimla-Kangra NH88 it is well connected to rest of neighbouring states. HRTC busses and Taxis operate to nearly all possible routes on each sides.

As of 2001 India census,[1] Ghumarwin had a population of 5720. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Ghumarwin has an average literacy rate of 78%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 80%, and female literacy is 76%. In Ghumarwin, 11% of the population is under 6 years.
