Geeta Koda

Geeta Koda is an Indian politician and member of Indian National Congress and former member of the Jai Bharat Samanta Party. Koda is a member of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly from the Jaganathpur constituency in East Singhbhum district.[1][2][3][4] She is an ethnic Ho,[3] an Adivasihttps://www.hindustantimes.com/ranchi/geeta-koda-becomes-member-of-cwp-steering-committee/story-x2ngnSRBylVVLz9IwPd8ZP.htmlscheduled tribe. She is married to Madhu Koda, the former Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

In February 2017, Koda was appointed a member of the Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians Steering Committee (India Region) by Sumitra Mahajan, Speaker of the Lok Sabha.[1]
