Garry Bell (born 11 November 1952) is a cyclist from New Zealand.

Bell was born in 1952 in Hamilton.[1]

At the 1974 British Commonwealth Games road race in Christchurch, he came fifth.

At the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, he came 15th in the men's road race.[1]

At the 1978 Commonwealth Games road race in Edmonton, he came 3rd, receiving a bronze medal.
