Frank Pollack (born November 5, 1967) is an American football coach and former player who is the offensive line coach for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL).[1] He was the offensive line coach for the Dallas Cowboys from 2015-2017 and assistant offensive line coach for the Cowboys from 2013-2014. He was the former offensive line coach for the Oakland Raiders. A former San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle and guard for seven seasons, he later served as the assistant offensive line coach for the Houston Texans.[2] In 2018, Frank Pollack left the Cowboys to join the Bengals, while Paul Alexander replaced Pollack in Dallas, the switch also signalled the change in blocking philosophies.[3]
