Fivemiletown United Football Club is an intermediate-level football club who play in the Intermediate A division of the Mid-Ulster Football League in Northern Ireland. The club is based in Fivemiletown, County Tyrone. The club is currently managed by Raymond Clarke. The current secretary is Mike Long. The Reserves currently play in Fermanagh and Western Division 3. Fivemiletown United Youth Academy provides youth teams from U9 up to U19 and have also a Youth Academy for 4 Year olds and up. The club's Youth teams play in the Brendan Keogh Youth League and the Mid Ulster Youth League.Long-term clubman Davy McQuigg is the club's current chairman and has served in nearly every role in the club in over 30 years involved with the club. He was awarded a BEM (British Empire Medal) in January 2015 as part of the Queens New Years honours list for his services to youth football. The 2014/15 season was the club's most successful season in the intermediate A section as new manager Jason Gillespie guided them to a 3rd-place finish which is the club's highest ever finish.

Fivemiletown United's most famous moment in recent years was in December 2016 when they defeated Premier Intermediate League side Dundela in the 4th Round of the Irish Cup 4-3. The first time the club had ever progressed past the Third Round.

On Thursday 24 November 2016 club chairman David McQuigg announced plans for the club to bring to an end the long serving Mini Soccer Centre and launch a brand new Academy System starting in March 2017.

Roy Carroll - Northern Ireland and current Linfield goalkeeper Roy Carroll started his career with Fivemiletown United. The ex Manchester United keeper is undoubtedly the towns most famous ex player, having won the FA Cup and Premier League with the Red Devils. Roy's brother Ricki is a striker in the club's firsts team.

Dermott McCaffery- The ex Hibernian and Falkirk Defender began his career with Fivemiletown United before moving on to Dunbreen Rovers.His brother Sean is part of the first team squad.
