The First Lady of Mali is the title held by the wife of the President of Mali, concurrent with the president's term of office.[1] Keïta Aminata Maïga is the country's current First Lady since 2013.

There are two living former First Ladies: Lobbo Traoré, wife of Amadou Toumani Touré; and Adame Ba Konaré, wife of Alpha Oumar Konaré.
