The Fire Station No. 4 in Madison, Wisconsin was built in 1904. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
History
The building was converted into apartments after its decommissioning.[2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and on the State Register of Historic Places in 1989.[3]
