Luis Fernando Flores Alvarado[1] (known on YouTube as Fernanfloo) is a Salvadoran gaming YouTuber and Twitcher. With a total of over 6.9 billion views, more than 560 videos and 29 million subscribers[2], his channel is the 17th most-subscribed channel on YouTube and the most subscribed channel from his native country of El Salvador,[3] and its subscriber count is more than three times as high as the population of that nation. Fernanfloo channel is the only YouTube channel from El Salvador to have a higher subscriber count than the population of the country.

History

Flores was born on July 7, 1993 in San Salvador, El Salvador.[4]

His channel reached 10,000 subscribers in July 2013, 100,000 subscribers in February 2014, 1 million subscribers in August 2014, and 10 million subscribers in March 2016[5].

In December 2015, Flores launched an app called Fernanfloo, which received 2.3 million downloads within its first week of release[6].

In April of 2018, Fernanfloo began to make gameplays on Twitch. On 6 April 2018 he stopped uploading videos to YouTube.[7]
