List of female billionaires
Forbes magazine annually ranks the world's wealthiest female billionaires. This list uses the static rating published once a year by Forbes, usually in March. There were a record of 256 women listed on the world's billionaires as of 6 March 2018.[1] In March 2017, there were 227 female women billionaires, up from 187 in June 2015.[2] Since Liliane Bettencourt died in 2017, her only child and heiress, Françoise Bettencourt Meyers has become listed by some sources as the world's wealthiest female.[3]
