Eric Washington (born October 29, 1969) is an American football coach. He is currently the defensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers of the NFL. He initially joined the Panthers in 2011. In January 2018, he was promoted to defensive coordinator to replace Steve Wilks who was named head coach of the Arizona Cardinals.^[1]
