Elliotsville, Ohio

Elliotsville is a ghost town in Jefferson County, in the U.S. state of Ohio. The exact location of Elliotsville is unknown to the GNIS.[1]

History

A post office called Elliotsville was established in 1833, and remained in operation until 1874.[2] James L. Eliott was the postmaster and the town's merchant.[3]
