The Edmonton Stingers are a Canadian professional basketball team based in Edmonton, Alberta, that will compete in the Canadian Elite Basketball League. The Stingers will play their home games at the Edmonton Expo Centre in Edmonton.[1]
History
On June 22, 2018, it was announced that the team will be called the Edmonton Stingers. Edmonton joins Hamilton, Guelph, Niagara, Saskatchewan (Saskatoon), and Fraser Valley (Abbotsford) as one of the six original franchises for the inaugural season of the CEBL.
