Dubno Raion (Ukrainian: Дубенський район) is a raion in Rivne Oblast in western Ukraine. Its administrative center is located in Dubno, which itself is designates as a city of oblast significance and does not belong to the raion. Population: 45,585(2017 est.)[1]

The raion includes the urban-type settlement of Smyha and 23 rural municipalities consisting of 103 villages.
