Douglas H. Evans
Douglas Harold Evans is an American author and fire protection engineer. Evans has worked for Rolf Jensen & Associates, as well as Clark County, Nevada Fire Prevention department .[1] and has been a regular contributor to building code development in the United States. Evans has particular expertise in smoke control measures, having authored 3 books on the topic as well as pressurisation ductwork, grease ducts and exterior building facades. Having retired from Clark County, Evans is now in private practice and still contributes to the International Building Code on matters related to structural fire protection.[2][3]
