Doug Mansolino

Doug Mansolino (b. September 20, 1956 in Plainfield, New Jersey) is a former Major League Baseball third base coach for the Houston Astros, who is currently the field coordinator for the Philadelphia Phillies.

He is an avid antique baseball glove collector. In the 2006 season, when the Astros were playing a series in Milwaukee, he found a catcher's mitt from 1903.

On September 30, 2007, it was announced that he will not return as third base coach for the Astros.[1]
