Dosti... Yariyaan... Manmarziyan[2] is an Indian television drama series which aired from 13 April 2015 to 29 August 2015 on Star Plus.[3][4] The show was produced by Siddharth Kumar Tewary and directed by Pushkar Mahabal,[5] under the Swastik Productions.[6] It starred Monica Sehgal and Kashmira Irani[1][5][7] in the lead roles. The show captures the spirit of the real Mumbai focusing on two girls from contrasting backgrounds who desire to find courage to chase a life of their choice in a contemporary office.[8]

Plot summary

Radhika, a reserved but amiable middle-class girl, loves to write. She desires to utilise her talent and be single for now. Samaira, her best pal, who works at Bird Song ad agency encourages her to live her life on her terms.The story revolves around these two friends, testing the strength of their friendship in difficult situations. Neil and Arjun play important roles in the girls' life and always help them in every good and bad situation. Later it was revealed that Nandini, Arjun's sister, had been in an extra-marital affair with Samrat, Sam's father, but he ditched her for his family. Nandini was devastated and suicidal, while Arjun had been the witness to this heartbreak leaving him bitter. She planned to take revenge on Samaira for her misfortune. Radhika injudiciously tried to help Samaira from Nandini's evil plan but damaging their friendship in the process. In the end, the two best friends are reconciled and all four of them (Radhika, Samaira, Arjun, and Neil) continues to work happily together at the Bird Song.
