Dhak Bhulla Rai is a village in Phagwara Tehsil in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 43 kilometres (27 mi) from Kapurthala, 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from Phagwara. The village is administrated by a Sarpanch who is an elected representative of village as per the constitution of India and Panchayati raj (India). [2]
