Robert Duane "Dewey" Halford (March 28, 1919 – October 16, 1994)[1] was an American football coach. He was the head football coach at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. He held that position for 19 seasons, from 1955 until 1973. His coaching record at Morningside was 73–92–3.[2]
