Dead Ringer Tour
The Dead Ringer Tour was the second tour by Meat Loaf which lasted from October 10th 1981 to August 25th 1982, the goal of the tour was to promote the follow up to Bat Out Of Hell known as "Dead Ringer" which released in 1981 (UK) and 1982 (US).[1]

According to the 1982 European tour guide Peel Out was played during the concerts, however Peel Out has never been seen on setlists for the concerts during the tour, so this was most likely an error, the song was however performed live on television in 1982.[2]
