Dead Lucky (TV series)

Dead Lucky is an Australian crime thriller drama series screening on SBS from 25 July 2018. The four-part miniseries is created by Ellie Beaumont and Drew Proffitt, directed by David Caesar and produced by Subtext Pictures.

A detective is obsessed with catching an armed robber who murdered one of her junior officers, while her new trainee Charlie blames her for the death of his best friend.[1] The story surrounds a share-house of international students, a pair of corrupt shop owners, a grieving widow, and a gunman, who all collide, leaving one dead and another missing.[2]

The series acquired by AMC Networks for premium subscription streaming service Sundance Now , which will screen the series in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland and German-speaking territories in Europe.[4]
