De De Pyaar De (English: Give me your love) is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy film written and co-produced by Luv Ranjan and directed by Akiv Ali which marks his directorial debut. It features Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles.

The film's pre-production began in February 2017 and principal photography commenced in January 2018. It is scheduled for a worldwide release on 22 February 2019.

In February 2017, Ajay Devgn signed a romantic comedy film written and co-produced by Luv Ranjan and directed by Akiv Ali.[1] In May 2017, Tabu was signed in to play a crucial role in the film.[2] In mid January 2018, Rakul Preet Singh was signed in as a female lead opposite Ajay Devgn.[3] Jimmy Sheirgill inclusion in the cast was confirmed in late April 2018.[4]

Filming

Principal photography commenced from 19 January 2018 at Mumbai. In June 2018, Rakul Preet Singh revealed that fifty percent of the filming is completed.[5] The next schedule of the film commenced in July 2018 at London.[6] In August 2018, Devgn and Rakul Preet commenced their next schedule in Kullu Manali.[7]

Release

In August 2018, film's worldwide release date was announced as 22 February 2019.[8]
