Davi Rossetto de Oliveira (born July 27, 1992), is a Brazilian professional basketball player. A 5'9" (1.80 m) point guard who currently plays for Flamengo in the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB).[1]

Professional career

Davi started playing in São Paulo's Hebraica in 2003, when he was 10. He also played for Círculo Militar until joining Pinheiros youth system in 2005.[2]

Pinheiros

On the Pinheiros youth teams, Rossetto won some titles and earned a good reputation.[3] He was called up for the U-17 national team in 2009.[2]

He started to play for the first team on the 2010 season and was part of the state champion side in 2011.[4] He left aiming for more gametime.

Solar Cearense

Davi signed with Solar Cearense in 2012. On his first season in Fortaleza he struggled to addapt and didn't play a lot.[5] On his second deason, he alternated between the first team in the NBB and the U-22 side in the Development League. The team lost to Bauru on the NBB quarterfinals. On the LDB, despite being eliminated on the final round, he finished as the competition assist leader.[6]

In the 2014-2015 season, Davi developed his game and won the Most Improved Player award,[7] despite his team missing the playoffs. He also won the LDB title with the U-22 side, on a perfect campaign (28-0), and was the final's MVP.[8]

Flamengo

On July 10, 2018, he signed with Flamengo for the 2018–19 NBB season.
